Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with TSS, is seeking Retail Security Officers to work at our prestigious Lakeside site. You will safeguard staff, customers and premises while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a visible security presence. You will greet staff and customers, follow safety protocols and report incidents using proper systems.

Responsibilities

• Greeting staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the store
• Conducting searches when required
• Dealing with any security incidents in store and completing relevant incident report forms
• To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the store, its staff and customers
• Carry out Company Policy on any loss prevention
• To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
• To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified
• To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures

Position: Retail Security Officer

Location: Lakeside

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Your Time at Work

As a Retail Security Officer you will ensure the safety of Primark's staff, their premises, assets and the general public, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment. You will conduct yourself in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the company, ensuring full uniform is worn and your 'SIA licence' is clearly displayed at all times.
