Guardteck Security, part of Kandor Management Corp., is seeking a licensed security professional for on-site duties in Kelowna, BC. You will patrol properties, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and maintain access control with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• British Columbia Security License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Professional conduct and ability to de-escalate situations.
• Strong observation and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with property standards, rules and regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide First Aid/CPR/AED as needed.
• Manage access control and monitor for trespassers.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain memo books.
• Conduct periodic property patrols on foot.
• De-escalate emergencies and assist responders.
• Support daily operations as directed.
