Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Calgary is seeking a Retail Sales & Technical Service Associate to greet customers and provide tech support or assistance in finding the products and services they need.

You will help customers, assist with signing in devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs, and create an amazing customer experience while sharing your passion for tech and product knowledge.

• 6+ months’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role.
