This Full Time Retail Sales Specialist job is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can work effectively with store management to increase retail sales and execute client-driven merchandising that meet the clients' expectations. The sales representative will need to be outgoing, friendly, and be able to drive sales and brand awareness for our clients' products at major retail locations. You will be engaging and educating the customers on their next purchase of some of the leading brands in retail.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKUs.
  2. Communicate effectively both internally with management and externally with all customers.
  3. Sell at store level live orders on multiple clients (>5 clients) in over 50% of their stores monthly.
  4. Increase sales volume through promotional activities, creating displays, themes for holiday/special promos, and making plan-o-gram adjustments when necessary.
  5. Maintain client objectives by ensuring all authorized items are accurately tagged and out-of-code products are removed.
  6. Work on authorization of items to meet client shelf schematic standards, including tagging, rotating, and POS placement.
  7. Manage stores within your territory effectively to achieve client goals and execute projects.
  8. Spend over 4 days per month preparing and conducting wholesaler subgroup headquarter calls, with at least four subgroup calls.
  9. Complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience (required); Bachelor’s Degree or 0-2 years of experience in retail, client, or food brokerage (preferred).
  2. Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  3. Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
  4. Mathematical and analytical skills.
