KognitiveSales Solutions in Canada is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to promote our client's financial products inside major retail locations. You’ll engage customers, educate them, and guide them toward the best-fit credit card while representing a trusted national brand.

This is a people-first role with a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission, onboarded and coached for long-term success. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financialproduct(Credit Cards)in a clear, relatable way
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
