Job summary

Lifestyle Home Products in Calgary seeks an energetic Retail Sales Representative to be the face of the brand, engaging customers to deliver exceptional service while driving sales growth. Qualifications

Proven experience in face to face sales.
Ability to influence and persuade with strong closing skills.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for driving sales growth.
Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset).
Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration.
Valid Class G driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Flexible availability Monday to Friday 8:30AM–8:30PM and weekends.
Willingness to commute to various retail locations.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service while driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster strong customer relationships, promote our products and services, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. Duties

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Promote and demonstrate products or services, highlighting features that match customer interests
Provide technical product insights and benefits during customer interactions
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing potential needs and promptly recommending solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in face to face sales with a focus on conversational pitching
Ability to influence and persuade effectively with strong closing skills
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for driving sales growth
Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset)
Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration
Possession of a Class G Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
Flexible availability required from Monday to Friday between 8:30AM to 8:30PM
Weekend availability required on Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM to 7:15PM
Willingness to commute to various retail locations
A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations
Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
