Job summary

Warehouse Installation Network (WIN) in Edmonton is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to be the face of our brand, engaging customers to deliver exceptional service while driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel to various retail locations, schedule consultations, and promote our sunrooms, windows, doors, and remodels, contributing to team success. Weekend availability and a valid G-class license are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in face-to-face sales with conversational pitching.
• Ability to influence and persuade effectively with strong closing skills.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset).
• Willingness to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster strong customer relationships, promote our products and services, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. Duties

Requirements

• Ability to influence and persuade effectively with strong closing skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for driving sales growth
• Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset)
• Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration
• Possession of a Class G Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
• Flexible availability required from Monday to Fridaybetween 8:30AM to 8:30PM
• Weekend availability requiredon Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM to 7:15PM
• Willingness to commute to various retail locations
• A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations
• Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time

Your Role

Compensation and Schedule

Salary starts at $20.50 per hour, plus bonus pay.

• Shifts are 5 to 6 hours long
• Workdays: Monday to Friday & Weekends
