Job summary

Kognitive Marketing Inc. is seeking energetic in-store representatives to engage customers, explain credit card products, and guide them toward suitable options.

You will be the in-store expert, building relationships with store teams and delivering a high-quality customer experience from hello to application. Ideal candidates are natural communicators who enjoy meeting new people, are sales-driven, and open to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Ability to communicate clearly on the retail floor and tailor recommendations to customers.
• Professional and discreet handling of sensitive customer information.
• Willing to undergo criminal and credit background checks as part of the process.
• Open to ongoing training and feedback to grow in the role.
