Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to represent a leading financial brand inside major retail locations across Canada. You will engage customers on the floor, educate them about credit card offerings, and guide them to products that fit their lifestyle.

As the in-store expert, you will support store teams, drive brand awareness, and deliver a standout customer experience from first hello to completed applications.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset.

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation
