Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions in Canada is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage with customers on the floor, educate them on credit cards, and guide them toward products that fit their lifestyle.

The role requires strong communication, a natural ability to connect with people, and willingness to complete a background check. Flexible schedule and part-time or full-time opportunities are available, with base pay plus

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage $17.75/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
