Job summary

PUMA Canada, Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and at checkout. You will support merchandising, handle inbound/outbound stock, and help maintain store cleanliness while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have retail exposure, are strong team players with solid communication, and can learn quickly. MS Office knowledge and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.

• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and complaint working and shopping environment
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

YOUR TALENT

The base pay for this position is $18.25 - $21.25 per hour + Benefits (Benefit Summary_Part Time)
