Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a retail team member at our Halton Hills location to deliver excellent customer experiences, process transactions at the register, and maintain an organized, merchandised store according to Puma standards.

You will assist with stock and inventory, support non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with a dynamic team to meet sales goals while upholding safety and brand values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or similar experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high customer experience at the store, meeting sales and KPI targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising per Puma standards.
• Assist with stock, inventory counts and product availability.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets,
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards,
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred,
• Strong team player,
• Ability to learn quickly,
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. The base pay for this position is $17.95 - $20.95 + Benefits
