Job summary

PUMA Delta is hiring a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, process transactions efficiently, and maintain store presentation in line with PUMA standards. You will join a team that values speed, spirit and inclusion, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends; prior retail experience and comfort with MS Office are preferred.

Good physical ability for stocking duties is expected. The position offers a base hourly pay with benefits provided by PUMA.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
  • Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store per PUMA values and service standards.
  • Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
  • Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and order per visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures and core accountabilities.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
  • Adapt to non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
  • Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets
  • Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards
  • Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and complaint working and shopping environment
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly

The base pay for this position is $18.25-$21.25 per hour + Benefits
