Job summary

Bells Of Steel Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a full-time day-shift role with weekend availability. This seasonal position runs from October 2026 to February 2027.

You will assist customers with product selection and upsell using in-depth product knowledge, create sales quotes, and manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced showroom environment. It is a seasonal Toronto-based role supporting our e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts.
• Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you're comfortable handling phone calls.
• Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed.

Role Overview

We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Toronto Showroom as a Retail Sales Associate.
