Pro Builders Supply Ltd is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to deliver prompt, courteous service while helping customers complete their projects. You will identify needs, recommend products, and support them from browsing to purchase, including special orders and installation inquiries.

The role combines product knowledge with strong customer service, merchandising, and inventory tasks to maintain a smooth shopping experience. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in lumber & building materials or contractor sales is a strong asset.
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer project needs.

Responsabilités

• Merchandising, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.

About the Role

Our Retail Sales Associate provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers by identifying their project needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions, and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey.

This role combines strong customer service with sales and product expertise, including assisting customers with building materials, renovation projects, special orders, and installation-related inquiries. Responsibilities also include merchandising, replenishment, cycle counting, maintaining accurate inventory, general housekeeping, loss prevention, and staying current with industry products, trends, and customer needs.
