Pro Builders is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver prompt, courteous service and identify customer project needs while guiding them through their purchasing journey. You will combine customer focus with product expertise in building materials and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales experience required.
• LBM/contractor sales, installed sales, renovation, or construction industry experience is a strong asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day; ability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service and identify customer project needs.
• Recommend appropriate products and solutions and assist customers through the purchasing journey.
• Engage in merchandising, replenishment, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, housekeeping and loss prevention; stay current with industry products and trends.

About the Role

Our Retail Sales Associate provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers by identifying their project needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions, and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey.

This role combines strong customer service with sales and product expertise, including assisting customers with building materials, renovation projects, special orders, and installation-related inquiries. Responsibilities also include merchandising, replenishment, cycle counting, maintaining accurate inventory, general housekeeping, loss prevention, and staying current with industry products, trends, and customer needs.
