Job summary

PUMA North America Inc. is seeking a customer‑focused Retail Associate to deliver high standards of service at the store, drive sales and profitability, and process transactions quickly and securely at the checkout, while upholding PUMA’s brand values and visual guidelines.

The role requires 1–2 years in a retail environment, strong teamwork and communication, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a focused, customer service retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and use basic MS Office tools.
• Capacity to lift/carry and push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store according to brand values and service standards.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising according to PUMA guidelines.
• Manage incoming/outgoing merchandise and related tasks.
• Comply with policies, procedures and core operational competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant work and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and complaint working and shopping environment
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

YOUR TALENT

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)

The base pay for this position is $17.60-$20.60 + Benefits
