Job summary

A global sports brand in Alberta is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional experiences in-store. The role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail. Applicants should be able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced store.
• Basic MS Office skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience within the store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions securely and quickly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and comply with policies.
• Contribute to a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

YOUR MISSION

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

YOUR TALENT

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
