Part-Time Positions Are Available

As a Sales Associate for this lifestyle-driven Yoga and Run Specialty Boutique in the East End of Toronto, you will greet, interact, and engage with customers and deliver the highest level of customer service. You will assess customer needs and provide an exceptional customer experience by providing superior knowledge and education on all product offerings and making recommendations.

All candidates must be passionate about running or having an active & healthy lifestyle and have the genuine desire to help people within the local community through their fitness journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and pleasant manner
• Engage and interact with customers, offer assistance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Assess customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing superior knowledge of all product offerings
• Develop product knowledge, provide technical product education, and deliver sales by providing recommendations and opinions on products (shoes, apparel, and all accessories)
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided through all channels
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and inventory
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of customer service skills
• A friendly, personable, and motivating personality
• Have a passion for running or having an active, healthy lifestyle
• Have a genuine desire to help people with their fitness journey
• Have an interest in developing product knowledge
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Compensation

$17 hourly
