The FIKA Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them to products, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. You will drive sales while delivering exceptional service and product guidance in a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities include merchandising, promotions, and maintaining strong product knowledge. Strong communication, reliability, and integrity are essential for success in this role.

Job Overview

The Retail Sales Associate, under the direction of the Retail Experience Lead, is primarily responsible for greeting customers and providing guidance on where they may find items within the store. The Retail Sales Associate understands their role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. Retail Sales Associates will generate sales, advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products and accessories. This role will participate in merchandising and promotional activities and must always maintain a high level of customer service.

Education, Training & Experience

• Experience in the retail industry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear criminal record.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Overtime as required.
