STARTING RATE: $18.65

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. Exceptional customer service is our top priority.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets. Develop your skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. Be prepared to lift and carry shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and stay on your feet during shifts.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers' brand and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
