The Role: Sales Associate - Part-time or full-time

As a Sales Associate at Europa Group, you are more than a stylist—you are a trusted advisor, curator, and ambassador of the Europa experience. You will build lasting client relationships, share in their personal style journeys, and contribute to an environment where excellence, creativity, and service come together.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class, personalized service experience that reflects the PRFKT and Europa Group standard
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through genuine client engagement and styling expertise
• Proactively grow and manage a book of loyal clients through outreach, follow-ups, and exclusive previews
• Stay current with new collections and brand stories, attending regular product knowledge sessions
• Collaborate with the visual team to ensure the boutique is always impeccably presented
• Support daily operations, including inventory management, price adjustments, and store upkeep
• Assist with private appointments, events, and trunk shows to create memorable client moments
• Maintain awareness of boutique cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation in line with luxury standards
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and online, leveraging personal style and social platforms (if applicable)

Who You Are

• A fashion enthusiast with an eye for detail and a passion for client connection
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail (commission-based experience preferred)
• Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a genuine interest in style and relationship-building
• Fluent in French and English — essential for our multilingual clientele
• Knowledgeable about contemporary and designer fashion; eager to stay ahead of trends
• Comfortable using clienteling tools and social media to maintain ongoing relationships
• Professional, polished, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods
