Boomerang is expanding its Toronto team and is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to support face‑to‑face sales campaigns delivered through retail environments, promotional stands, and live activation spaces. The role offers hands‑on experience in customer engagement and sales while working as part of a team that values professionalism, energy, and strong communication.

Boomerang specialises in delivering face‑to‑face customer acquisition and promotional sales campaigns. Rather than relying on traditional advertising channels, the team focuses on real conversations and direct customer engagement to generate measurable sales outcomes.

Working across Toronto, Boomerang delivers campaigns in shopping centres, pop‑up promotional locations, and event spaces where customer interaction and sales performance play an important role in campaign success.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers in busy retail environments where your role is to introduce promotional offers and support the team’s sales objectives.

You’ll start conversations with customers in a friendly and professional way, explain current promotions, and help guide interested individuals through the sales process. Through these interactions you’ll develop practical sales communication skills and gain confidence handling customer conversations.

You’ll also help maintain the promotional space, ensuring displays remain organised and professional throughout the day while supporting the wider team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.

Because this is a customer‑facing sales role, much of your day will involve interacting with customers, answering questions, and creating positive experiences that encourage successful sales outcomes.
