• Greet and engage customers at live events, pop-ups and retail locations

Boomerang is growing its Toronto team and hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our clients' brands at live events and in-store promotions across the GTA. You'll speak with customers face to face every day, answer their questions, introduce offers that suit their needs and make sure everyone leaves with a positive experience.

This role is a great next step if you've worked in retail, hospitality, restaurants, a call centre or as a brand ambassador, or if you're a student or graduate looking for an entry-level role where you can build strong customer service and sales skills. No previous experience is needed. We provide full training and ongoing coaching.

Experience That's a Plus (But Not Required)

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, front desk, reception or call centre experience
• Brand ambassador, event staff or promotional work
• Any role involving working directly with the public, including volunteering, student clubs or sports teams

• $42,000 - $47,550 CAD per year, paid weekly, with commission and performance bonuses
