Qualifications

• DEC or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3 years of accounting experience, with real estate experience in retail.
• Master all accounting aspects related to real estate and the retail sector.
• Professional French at work; English-speaking profile allowed if French is used professionally.
• Team-oriented with a positive collaborative management style.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations for a retail-focused real estate portfolio.
• Produce analyses and follow-ups to support real estate portfolio management.
• Coordinate closing activities and ensure reliable financial information.
• Maintain records in Yardi with data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to align operational needs with accounting requirements.
