Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building operations or general maintenance.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• 1) Building inspections: assist with routine inspections, report issues, and maintain logs.
• 2) Building maintenance: perform minor repairs to non-structural/non-vital systems, logs kept.
• 3) Exterior maintenance: groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal as needed.
• 4) Tenant services: respond to maintenance requests to support leasing activities and space upkeep.
