Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Specialist in Vancouver to support planning, budgeting, and execution of brick-and-mortar projects across new builds, optimizations, and renovations. The role includes coordinating vendors, overseeing procurement and bidding, and ensuring delivery within time and budget.

You will work with cross-functional teams to support scope development, change management, and site execution, including reviews of drawings and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of retail or residential construction coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple construction projects at varying stages.
• Strong vendor management skills, including sourcing bids and overseeing execution.
• Experience with budgeting, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and support scope development.
• Proven project coordination and strong organization, time management and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of brick-and-mortar projects across new builds, optimizations, and renovations.
• Coordinate vendors, manage procurement and bidding processes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Assist scope development, change management, and site execution with cross-functional teams.
• Review architectural drawings and manage purchase orders; mitigate risks to project delivery.
• Collaborate with global retail operations to support large-scale store development.
