Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Calgary is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver health, beauty and convenience services in-store. You will greet customers, operate the checkout, and ensure accurate cash handling and PC Optimum participation.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat checkout area, merchandising, loss prevention, and upholding store policies and health and safety standards while representing the national brand locally owned store.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers.
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area.
• Greets all customers and displays warm demeanor.
• Accurately scans or enters product data.
• Accurately accounts for cash and coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
• Asks for customer's PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e. facing, signing, labeling).
• Ensures loss prevention standards are followed.
• Presents proper image to the public in Uniform/Dress Code.
• Complies with health and safety regulations and store policies.
• Performs other duties as required.
