Job summary

Best Buy Express in Toronto (Sherway Gardens) is seeking a Retail Operations Expert, Non-mgmt. You will provide tailored solutions and create fabulous customer experiences while learning and adapting to change. You will be a team player and the store expert for service, handling account and billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and product knowledge.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information:

Total earning range: $17.95 - $20.95. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience

The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications: You are required to provide 5 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 5 Opens. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
