Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada seeks a store associate to support merchandising, receiving and customer service. You will keep the backroom organized, ensure accurate receiving and documentation, and help maintain a clean, attractive, customer-focused store environment.

The role involves operating basic computer systems, handling cash, and working flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training available through Academy and a local associate-owner network.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage exit strategy and product returns as directed.
• Ensure displays are consumer focused and 'shoppable'.
• Receive merchandise and maintain organized backroom.
• Support front store leadership in maintaining quality and standards.
• Provide friendly customer assistance on the sales floor.
