Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a flexible team member to support merchandising, receiving and customer service in a community store.

You will organize backroom product, process shipments, assist customers on the floor and uphold health, safety and store standards while working with a local Associate-Owner network. Qualifications

• Ability to plan, judge situations and make decisions on busy floors.
• Maintain organized, neat backrooms and displays.
• Adjust to changing conditions and customer flow on the sales floor.
• Handle customer transactions accurately when required.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• As directed, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return.
• Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates.
• Maintain Store Standard pertaining to image and trends in store.
• Ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”.
• Receives merchandise in accordance with receiving policies.
• Keep backroom neat and organized per backroom principles.
• Ensure proper documentation for receiving and returns.
• Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Maintain a clean image to customers per uniform policy and assist customers in aisles.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and store standards.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and perform other duties as required.
