Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in the Richmond area to ensure accurate shelf placement, update prices, set up promotional materials, and execute planogram changes. The role involves interacting with store staff and maintaining strong organizational skills.

Ideal candidates may have merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Flexible scheduling and travel are part of the position, with in-store bonuses and referral incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Available Monday to Friday, early morning and daytime hours.
• Merchandising experience (desirable).
• Valid driver?s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to execute planograms accurately.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) along with computer knowledge and access to a mobile device and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves and maintain organization.
• Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions.
• Set up and install promotional materials.
• Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
