Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking visible, customer-focused staff to support merchandising, receiving and service in a community store.

You will maintain backroom organization, ensure accurate product displays, and assist customers with a friendly and efficient shopping experience. The role requires basic computer and cash register skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work shifts that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic computer and cash register systems.
• Ability to record-keep accurately and stay organized.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: organize backroom product, manage BIMI processes, use PDT and MMS, maintain product displays and expiry dates, ensure store image and consumer focus.
• Receiving: process merchandise per policies, maintain neat backroom, document receiving and returns, support front store management.
• Customer service: present clean appearance, acknowledge and assist customers in aisles.
• General: comply with health and safety, store standards, loss prevention, and perform other duties as required.
