Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management, with proven supervisory experience in team leadership, training, and development
• Availability to work weekdays with occasional Saturdays as required for store coverage
• Strong background in merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, inventory control, and retail marketing strategies
• Excellent customer service skills, paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in POS systems, Prosoft (or similar retail software), and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), along with basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for farming and/or agriculture

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and mentor a high-performing retail team through effective recruitment, training, and ongoing development
• Oversee daily store operations, including POS transactions, scheduling, inventory, and workflow efficiency
• Execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and enhance visual appeal
• Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively resolving customer issues, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction standards
• Support company marketing initiatives designed to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Maintain immaculate organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
