Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB is hiring a Retail Inventory Clerk for the Columbia Icefield location. This on-site, seasonal full-time role includes on-site housing and three meals per day, with a $18.50–$20.50 per hour wage and end-of-season bonus potential.

The role focuses on stocking, merchandising, inventory management, and POS operations within a dynamic retail environment at a destination site inside Jasper National Park.

You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world‑famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk. Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three hot meals per day.$20/day housing and mealsEnd‑of‑season retention bonus up to $ .50/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing
• Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels
• Become familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such automatic purchase orders inter location transfer of inventory
• Monitor security in the retail environment carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP
• Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display
• Delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required
• Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional
• Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as required
• Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized - Communicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
• Apply cross selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outletCollect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of leadership and training experience
• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• Previous experience with back office systems
• Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
• Speaks second language, an asset
• Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
• Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
