Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate in Vancouver, BC. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, help maintain an organized sales floor, and support stocking and merchandising across general merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Cover assigned areas of the sales floor and assist with Front End coverage when required.
• Zone assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor; move feature merchandise to its modular location and recover merchandise from other areas.
• Stock merchandise and complete downstocking; set and complete modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures; complete safety checks.
