Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate in Surrey, BC. You will deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor, assist customers with product selection, and support stocking, merchandising, and zone cleanliness to ensure a ready-to-buy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience: greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, resolving concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support: cover assigned areas, assist with Front End, communicate with team to ensure coverage.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery: zone areas, move feature merchandise, recover items from service desk.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: stock merchandise, downstock, apply protection, set modulars including flex modules.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: maintain safe, clean environment, follow policies, complete safety logs.
• Flexibility: work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays based on business needs.
