Job summary

Walmart Canada in Chilliwack is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a well‑organized, customer‑ready sales floor. You will support stocking, sales activities and feature merchandising to help customers make informed choices and have a positive shopping experience.

The role requires adaptability to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a starting hourly rate noted as the base pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, promote products and services, and help locate merchandise.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required.
• Zones areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor and handles stock recovery.
• Stocks merchandise and completes modulars, ensuring product protection and proper placement.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Be open to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
