Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will supervise floor activities, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help drive daily sales while upholding the brand's culture and standards.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, and managing omni-channel orders. You'll contribute to visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer-focused service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
