Job summary

Acosta Group in Vancouver is seeking a Retail Field Sales Expert to drive in-store execution for Mead Johnson Nutrition brands across the Vancouver Territory. You will collaborate with store managers to keep shelves stocked, well-displayed, and aligned with KPI targets, reporting via a tablet each day.

This full-time role covers the Greater Vancouver area, requires 1–3 years in CPG field sales, access to a vehicle, and availability Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as Field Sales Representative for Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
• Experience working with mobile devices for reporting purposes (using a tablet).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ability to create productive long-lasting relationships with department/store managers.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve KPI targets.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Complete call reports and on-going training requirements in a timely manner.
• Work with store managers to fix out-of-stock issues.
• Review store level data to help build sales case for store manager.
• Merchandise and stock shelves.
• Negotiate incremental product orders, displays and product placement with store manager.
• Understand KPI targets and work to achieve those targets in every call.
• Communicate regularly with Acosta Field Manager.

As a Retail Field Sales Expert, you will be the face of Mead Johnson Nutrition in stores—our eyes, ears, and hands at retail. You’ll bring your energy and commitment to retail sales every day, working closely with store managers to ensure our infant formula brands are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and top of mind for consumers.

This role covers the greater Vancouver Territory, a key market for our business. This is a full time, 1 year contract position, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during regular daytime retail business hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not limited to, are listed below.

• Complete call reports and on-going training requirements in a timely manner
