The position requires full-time availability, strong communication, and the ability to manage DAILY tasks, inventory, and team coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail customer service experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate experience and development; coach and mentor.
• Oversee daily store operations and tasks as Leader on Duty.
• Support POS operations and cash handling with accuracy.
