Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
District Manager drives the performance of all Canada Retail stores within a designated region to optimize consumer and associate experience and meet financial objectives. Responsible for directing, managing and supporting retail teams to deliver a premium brand experience across entire consumer journey.

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $99,900 - $120,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
