Mark's in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a Department Lead to engage customers and support store management with shift oversight in the assigned department. Job Description
As a Department Lead at Mark's, you will engage customers and employees with your positive and helpful attitude. You will support the store management team with general shift oversight in your assigned department and other areas of the store as needed.

Our typical hiring range is between $17.00 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
