What You'll Do

There's a variety of tasks you will contribute to, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring visual appeal, and maintaining presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspirational displays that highlight fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic feature changes.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
