Job summary

Sport Chek in Canada is seeking an Advisor Lead to engage customers and staff with a positive attitude. You will support the store management with shift oversight in your department and in other areas of the store as needed.

The role requires 6+ months of retail experience, the ability to plan for the department, mentoring, and strong communication. We offer competitive pay, benefits, incentives, product discounts, and growth opportunities. Typical pay is CAD 17.00–CAD 22.00 per hour.

Job Description

Our typical hiring range is between $17.00 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
