Job summary

Sport Chek is seeking an Advisor Lead in Canada to engage customers and employees with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support the store management team with general shift oversight in your assigned department and other areas of the store as needed.

You will mentor part-time team members, help achieve daily sales goals, and manage store operations in the absence of management. The role also entails promoting Triangle loyalty and other customer acquisition activities, along with

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage a daily plan for the department and store.
• Previous experience training and mentoring employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our typical hiring range is between $19.25 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
