Job summary

Sport Chek is looking for an Advisor Lead to engage customers and staff with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support the store management team with general shift oversight in your assigned department and other areas of the store as needed.

You will set an example for active selling, supervise tasks like merchandising, pricing, restocking and inventory, and coach part-time team members. You’ll promote Triangle loyalty and help drive customer acquisition while supporting daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Ability to build and manage a daily plan for the department and store.
• Experience training and mentoring employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for active, healthy living.

Our typical hiring range is between $18.95 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
