Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit risk management or risk oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of retail lending risk, governance practices, and controls.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience with risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent second-line oversight of retail lending portfolios and risk-taking.
• Identify emerging risks and key risk indicators through data-driven analysis.
• Challenge first-line credit strategies and underwriting practices with evidence-based insights.
• Develop and maintain credit risk governance frameworks, standards, and metrics.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and remediation actions for governance committees.
• Prepare executive reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with business and risk partners to strengthen controls and policy compliance.
