Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Brandon, MB is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked and assisting customers. No previous experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success.

You’ll work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends, and you may need to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a unionized position with pay rates starting at $16.40 per hour, rising with experience and bargaining agreements.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a variety hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and perform constant mobility during shifts.
• No previous experience required; training provided to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
