Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, a Loblaw banner, is seeking Store Team Members to provide friendly, efficient service and ensure shelves are stocked and organized for customers. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment in Canada.

You may work days, evenings or weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation starts around the unionized pay range, with a supportive, inclusive culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.

• Flexible to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up promotions and programs as directed.
• Keep department areas neat and comply with health & safety standards.
